ALL RISE

Short Film • 2023

All Rise is a short drama set in Athens, Greece, exploring parental grief, political injustice and resilience. I edited the film and was involved from pre-production, working closely with the director, Nefeli Dimakea, to shape this emotionally charged story.

The film has been recognised at festivals worldwide, winning the Global Peace Award at The Hague International Film Festival, along with awards at Activists Without Borders and 24 Kare Film Festival.

Telling a story this powerful was a challenge - but seeing audiences connect with it made every late night in the edit suite worth it.
